Since breaking out on his own and establish his own general construction company in 1984, Mike's leadership and quality projects have resulted in his recognition as one of the best in the business.

Keith Robertson, Senior Project ManagerEarning his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1985, Keith has worked in design development in architectural firms as well as a portfolio manager for real estate owners and developers before joining Ocean West Builders in 2002. His experience with several aspects of the construction industry uniquely qualifies him to relate to the different professionals and disciplines involved with a construction project. Having completed dozens of projects throughout San Diego County, Keith's reputation continues to grow job by job.

Jerry Sestak, Project SuperintendentWith industry experience spanning more than 30 years, Jerry provides remarkable attention to detail and quality. Besides day to day supervision, Jerry's hands-on-knowledge enables him to evaluate the quality of subcontractor work and insist on only the finest quality.

Geoff Merker, Project SuperintendentWith practical experience in all aspects of construction projects, Geoff has been in the construction business for more than 15 years. As a superintendent, his knowledge of the trades has earned the respect of subcontractors and building engineers. With a reputation of delivering a project with little or no punch list items, Geoff immerses himself in a project as if it were his own.
